Chunks of meaty shiitakes, onions, and spicy flavorings in a new interpretation of a Southwest favorite. Makes 7-8 cups, serving 6-8.Add water, tomatoes, corn, & tortilla chips, or any vegetables or meats. Makes a versatile, delicious base for minestrone and all broth-based soups.
